The accident occurred in the area of the town of Dârste in Brașov and, fortunately, there were no casualties.
The fault for the accident in the chain would not have been the speed of the drivers, but the unfavorable weather conditions and the phenomenon of “black ice”, a layer of ice so thin that it does not differ from the texture of the asphalt.
Several fire crews intervened on the scene and provided first aid measures, according to Realitatea Plus.
“Around 08:30 we were notified of the occurrence of a road accident – car accident – between 15 cars and a SAJ ambulance – without a patient.
Following the event, 2 people were evacuated from the car, being stuck.
2 other people were medically evaluated on the spot.
An extrication crew, a water and foam crew and 2 SMURD crews went to the scene,” ISU Brașov reported.
