The play-out system

  • The teams from the play-out of the 2021-2022 edition of League 2 are divided into two groups of seven teams each, depending on the place occupied at the end of the regular season.
  • During the play-out, only one game will be played between the participants in each group, thus resulting in six matches for each team. At the end of the play-out, they will relegate the 6th and 7th places, and the two teams from the 5th place in the two groups will play a double-round tie to stay in League 2.
