SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea trained with the Hungarian team Vaci NKSE, in the first match of group D of the EHF European League in women’s handball.

After a balanced start to the game, the Oltenians broke away at 6-3 in the 11th minute and the game started to flow in one direction, towards the goal of the guest team.

The difference of ten goals from the break (21-11) was maintained until the end and SCM achieved the first success in the group stage of the continental interclub competition, final score 39-29.

SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea, who was in the first stage in which he should have played with Viborg, will play the next away match, with Chambray Touraine Handball, on January 22nd.
