Through the service schedule for the Contract regarding the completion of the Feasibility Study and the elaboration of the Technical Project, destined for the construction of the Comarnic – Brașov highway, Consitrans proposed today the 69-day shortening of the term to which it must submit the Feasibility Study.
The contractor informed CNAIR SA that it can complete the Feasibility Study faster, because it managed to carry out in a shorter term the investigations and field studies, the design activities, the environmental impact assessment and the Cost-Benefit Analysis.
In these conditions, May 17, 2023 is the new date proposed by Consitrans for the submission of the Feasibility Study.
Also today, the Contractor submitted the documentation regarding the first stage of the multicriteria analysis (AMC1), in physical format, after yesterday he submitted CNAIR SA, the documentation in electronic format, informs the National Company for Road Infrastructure Management.
CNAIR has announced the winner for the design and execution of Lot 3 of the North sector of the Bucharest Ring Road
The design and execution of Lot 3 of the North sector of the Bucharest Ring Road (A0) will be carried out by the company IC Ictaş Inşaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş., according to a press release of the National Company for Road Infrastructure Management (CNAIR), sent , joi, AGERPRES.
The designation of the winner took place on Thursday after a process of re-evaluation of the bids submitted within the contract award procedure for “Design and Execution of the Bucharest Ring Road km 0 + 000-km 100 + 900, North Belt Sector km 0 + 000-km 52 +770, Lot 3: km 39 + 000-km 47 + 600 “.
The value of the contract is 413,665,346.64 lei (excluding VAT), and its duration is 30 months, of which 12 months are intended for the design period and 18 for the execution period of the works.
At the same time, the warranty period for the work is ten years.
The length of this sector is 8.60 km. Under the contract, the future contractor will make several complex works of art, including seven passages on and over the highway (two of them with lengths of 318.30 meters and 466.50 meters, respectively).
According to CNAIR, the signing of the public procurement contract will be possible after the expiration of the period for submitting any appeals, respectively after the settlement of appeals or complaints made during the award procedure.
