Publicis Groupe has bought Romanian software company Tremend, according to an announcement made Wednesday by the French marketing company, according to Agerpres.
According to the source, the transaction is to be subject to the usual approvals from the competition authority.
Tremend will be integrated into Publicis Sapient, one of the divisions of Publicis Groupe, announced Publicis Sapiens CEO Nigel Vaz.
