The first images appeared with the new Lada Niva Travel 2021 on the snow. The Russians have published a clip in which we can see the new Niva in the winter landscape, both on the asphalt and outside it.

To convince us of his qualities, the Russians set up a room right under the car. This is to see how the new model behaves when crossing over-road potholes.

The new generation appeared at the end of last year. On December 21, it celebrated the start of production at the Lada West Togliatti factory, a subsidiary of AVTOVAZ.

We remind you of the key features of the new Lada Niva Travel 2021

The appearance of the most famous Russian SUV has undergone significant changes. It has become more expressive and modern. At the front, the masculine character of the car is underlined by a new hood. It also received a new grille and headlights.

From the sides, the more prominent wheel arches stand out, combined with a new design of the alloy wheels that highlights the off-road performance of the model. The rear also has modifications, receiving new taillights, full LED and a more prominent bumper.

Niva Travel has an unpainted plastic body kit. It protects the car in nature and will look great on city roads due to the contrasting details.

All Lada Niva Travel vehicles are equipped with a permanent all-wheel drive system, which ensures a uniform distribution and a constant transmission of torque to all the wheels of the car, with the possibility of mechanical locking of the central differential.

The comfort of the driver and passengers is ensured by a spacious interior, with excellent visibility, air conditioning, excellent noise and vibration insulation, comfortable seats and a multimedia system we could say modern, compared to what we were used to seeing at the Russian brand Lada .

A premiere for a Lada model is a video camera for reversing with a jet washer. Under the hood can be configured a single 1.7-liter gasoline engine (80 hp / 127 Nm), a five-speed manual gearbox and a permanent all-wheel drive system. The car can sprint from 0-100 km / h in 19 seconds, while the top speed is limited to 140 km / h.

The most affordable version has a price starting at 8,200 euros, while the most expensive is about 9,900 euros.
