The Rina Tirol and Rina Vista hotels in Poiana Brașov, owned by the insolvent company Amrom Conimnpex, were bought six years after closing, with 4.25 million euros.
Hotel Rina Tirol, construction plus land, was sold for just over two million euros to Nick Activ Total, owned by Gheorghe Nicusor, and Hotel Rina Vista, construction only, was sold for almost 2.2 million euros to DWG Residence Invest in Constanta county.

The three-star hotels have not been in operation for six years.
Renovated and refurbished in 2008, the Rina Vista Hotel has a capacity of 106 rooms. The Rina Tirol Hotel has at its disposal a total of 56 rooms, of which 45 are doubles with twin or double beds, 4 single rooms, a royal apartment and 6 studios, served by its own parking lot.
