The wind will be light and moderate, with some intensifications in the high area of ​​the Southern Carpathians and in the south of the Western Carpathians. Minimum temperatures will generally be between -8 and 3 degrees. In low-lying areas, especially in the south of the country, fog will be reported on small areas.

The maximum temperatures will be between 1 and 11 degrees, and the minimum between -3 and 6 degrees, higher in Dobrogea up to 10 degrees. The sky will be cloudy and precipitation will be reported in the west and southwest, locally in the north and center and in restricted areas. There will be rains, except for the Maramureș area where, in the first hours of the interval, it will snow, then the rains will predominate, and towards the end of the interval, the depressions in eastern Transylvania where with a high probability there will be precipitation in the form of snow. In the mountains, the precipitation will be mixed, and at high altitudes it will be mostly snow. From the second part of the night, with a higher probability in Moldova, as well as in the mountainous and sub-mountainous area related to this region, there will be generally frost deposits on restricted areas. The wind will be light and moderate, with intensifications in the high mountain area, blowing snow and scattering snow, and at lower intensities in southern Banat and on the coast. In the low areas in the first hours of the interval and towards the end of it, on small areas there will be foggy conditions.

The air temperature will rise slightly compared to the previous interval.

The sky will be overcast in most of Europe and there will be precipitation, locally in the west, center and south and in restricted areas. In the southern regions, precipitation will be in the form of rain in the low and mixed areas in the high, in the west and center will be rain, sleet and snow, and otherwise only snow. The largest amounts of water will accumulate in southwestern Italy and in the western Balkans where, on small areas, they will exceed 50 l / sqm. The wind will intensify in southern and western Europe and in the neighboring areas of the Baltic Sea and isolated in the rest. Temperatures will drop from the previous day in northern, western and southwestern Europe, a slight increase in the southeast, and in the western, central and northern Scandinavian Peninsula, Finland and northern Russia, the weather will be frosty, with maximum temperatures that will not exceed -10 degrees, and, on restricted areas, will be even below -20 degrees. In low relief areas, isolated will be foggy.
