The first shopping center in Bârlad will be inaugurated by Prime Kapital, one of the main developers and investors on the real estate market in Romania, with activity in Central and Eastern Europe. Bârlad Value Center will host a wide selection of stores, meant to satisfy all age categories and interests, on a total area of approximately 20,000 sqm.
