County Committee for Emergency Situations, by Decision no. 191/2021, found that today, October 8, the cumulative incidence rate of cases of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection in Brasov exceeded the level of 6 cases / 1,000 inhabitants, reaching 6.44 cases / 1,000 inhabitants . Thus, starting with 9.10.2021, at 0:00, in the municipality of Brașov, for a period of 14 days, the measures provided in the following normative acts are applied: GD no. 932 of 09.09.2021, amended and supplemented by GD no. 990 / 17.09.2021 and GD no. 1050 of 02.10.2021; GD no. 1090 of 06.10.2021, GD no. 1015 of 23.09.2021.
According to these legal provisions, during this period on the territory of Brașov municipality a series of restrictions apply:

People vaccinated or who have gone through the disease:
I can drive without restrictions throughout the week. No declaration of liability, certificate from employer or service card is required.
Required document: COVID certificate (proving that at least 10 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule or passing through the disease – the period between the 15th and 180th day after confirmation of infection with the SARS-CoV virus- 2)

Monday-Thursday: I can drive without restrictions
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 20: 00-05: 00: traffic is prohibited, with certain exceptions (mentioned in the statement). For this interval it is necessary the declaration on one’s own responsibility or the certificate from the employer or the service card.

Mandatory in all open public spaces, except for individual trips / activities or in groups of people living together
Shops, services in closed or open spaces
Monday-Thursday: normal schedule

Open from 05:00 to 24:00, up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space
Access allowed only to people vaccinated or who have gone through the disease

Operators with activities of preparation, marketing and consumption of food and / or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages inside shopping centers
The activity with the public is allowed up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the consumption areas delimited from the rest of the public space and arranged for this purpose. Access to the consumption areas thus delimited and arranged is allowed only for people vaccinated or who have gone through the disease.
