The mandate was to “illustrate the effects of bear encroachments that may be linked to a bear hunt ban in 2016”. Of course there should be a picture of a bear, which is easier said than done.
Pictures of bears were everywhere: on Romania’s favorite beer Ursus, Barny candy bars, fridge magnets and street art. This seemed to sum up the dichotomy between the real and a fictional vision of bears.
