BUCHAREST (Romania), November 29th (SeeNews) – Real estate developer Plaza Centers NV announced that its indirect subsidiary has signed an initial addendum to a preliminary agreement to sell a plot of land in the city of Brasov, central Romania for 620,000. signed Euro ($ 682,780).
The value of the preliminary contract signed on February 5, 2019 is slightly above the last reported book value, said Plaza Centers in a press release.
By signing the addendum, the buyer confirms that the result of his due diligence is positive and that payment for the property will be made by February 15th at the latest.
In June, Plaza Centers signed a preliminary agreement with real estate developer AFI Europe Romania for the sale of 75% of the shares in the Casa Radio project in Bucharest for 60 million euros.
Casa Radio is Plaza Centers’ main ongoing project in Romania. Plaza Centers started the project in 2007 as part of a public-private partnership agreement with the Romanian government. The property comprises an approximate area of 92,000 square meters as published on the company’s website.
