AFI Europe Romania, one of the largest investors in the local real estate market, inaugurated its mixed-use AFI Brasov project on Wednesday, October 21.
AFI Brasov combines a mix of a modern shopping center developed on three floors with 45,000 m² gross rental area (gross rental area) and modern offices with a total of 15,000 m² gross rental area that rise above the mall.
The project is located near the historic city center of Brasov.
AFI Brasov offers its visitors over 150 international fashion and beauty brands as well as local well-known brands, playgrounds, a fitness center, entertainment, banks, pharmacies and a Carrefour hypermarket. Visitors can also enjoy a 3,500 m² green terrace with a unique view of Mount Tampa, one of the landmarks of Brasov.
