The Israeli real estate developer AFI Europe has inaugurated the AFI Park Brasov office project and announced new tenants for the first of the two planned office buildings Siemens Romana and NTT Data.
AFI Park Brasov is part of the downtown mixed project AFI Brasov, which comprises a shopping center with a rental area of 45,000 m² and two class A office buildings.

“The [first] Class A office building with a total rental area of approx. 8,300 m² [of its total 15.000 sqm] reaches an occupancy rate of 55% before the official start, “said the group on Friday, November 11th.
“AFI Park Brașov is aimed at companies in the IT&C and BPO sectors as well as multinational organizations that want to offer their employees a better working environment,” said Emma Toma, Head of the Office Department at AFI Europe Romania.
The group’s shopping center, AFI Brasov, which is being developed on the same site, is still under construction.
The total investment in the project, including the shopping center and the first office building, amounts to around 148 million euros.
A further 10,000 m² of office space is planned in a second project phase.
